Description

The TER record indicates the end of a list of CHRO for a chain.

Record Format

Details

• Every chain of CHRO records presented on SEQCHR records is terminated with a TER record.
• The TER records occur in the coordinate section of the entry, and indicate the last chromatin type presented for each chain for which there are determined coordinates.
• The TER record has the same chromatin type and chain identifier as the terminal bead. The serial number of the TER record is one number greater than the serial number of the CHRO preceding the TER.
