Description

REMARK record presents experimental details, annotations, comments, and information not included in other records. It is a simplified version of the REMARKS record for PDB file. In a number of cases, REMARKs are used to expand the contents of other record types. The very first line of every set of REMARK records can be used as a spacer to aid in reading.

In the case the REMARK is numbered, the data string must start with a blank space so it is not together with the Remark number. REMARK can also be used unnumbered, as a way of adding free text, such as observations or additional comments.
